outh Lake Tahoe's condo and townhome market is gaining momentum, with a notable increase in active listings. According to the local Association of Realtors, March saw 12 more available units compared to February, bringing the total to 37 Multiple Listing Service active listings. Of these, four were under contract, leaving 33 properties waiting for buyers.

    Price points varied widely, but the majority fell into two categories: $301,000 and above, with 28 listings, and $251,000 to $300,000, with five. A smaller number of units were priced between $401,000 and $700,000, ranging from three to seven properties per category.

    The higher end of the market also saw some activity, with one property each in the $801,000 to $900,000 and $901,000 to $1 million ranges. Notably, six properties exceeded the $1 million mark, catering to buyers seeking luxury options.
