he senior living community Coventry Court in Tustin was sold to Jonathan Rose Cos. for $83 million on July 10, according to Northmarq. The brokerage represented the seller, Meta Housing Corp. from Los Angeles. The 240-unit complex, located in the Tustin Ranch neighborhood, has over half of its units income-restricted and is near the blimp hangar that burned in 2023.
Space Investment Partners acquired Fullerton Metrocenter, a 395,703-square-foot retail center anchored by Sprouts, Petsmart, and Target, for $118.5 million from Kite Realty. The shopping center has 40 tenants and will undergo renovations to attract new concepts and serve the surrounding community as more housing is added.

Gantry has relocated its commercial mortgage loan producers and corporate marketing staff to the Atrium office campus in Irvine after acquiring Irvine-based Westcap. The firm's new space houses a larger team, which grew significantly in 2024 after buying Westcap's $3.2 billion loan servicing portfolio last December.
