rad Fox, a seasoned industrial real estate expert with over a decade of experience, has joined SRS Real Estate Partners as Senior Vice President. Based in the Inland Empire office, Fox will lead the growth of SRS' industrial services in a major logistics and distribution hub. He will collaborate with Nick Wirick's retail team to provide comprehensive real estate solutions.

    Fox brings extensive expertise in industrial investment sales, site selection, and large-scale leasing assignments, having closed over $330 million in transactions throughout the Inland Empire. Prior to joining SRS, he was a top producer at Voit Real Estate Services as Senior Vice President.
