n a $1.1 billion national deal, an Atlanta-based real estate powerhouse has snapped up The Center at Hobbs Brook in Sturbridge for $30.6 million. This sprawling open-air shopping hub, anchored by Walmart and Stop & Shop, boasts 231,197 square feet of leasable space along Charlton Road.

    As part of a larger divestment strategy, Rhode Island-based Global Net Lease has offloaded 59 multi-tenant retail properties across the US to Atlanta's RCG Ventures. The sale was finalized on April 1, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records.

    Located between Worcester and Springfield, this prominent shopping center draws in customers from far and wide due to its prime accessibility via I-90, I-84, and Route 20. As the retail real estate investment arm of Argonne Capital Group, RCG Ventures is well-positioned to capitalize on The Center at Hobbs Brook's vast potential.
