V Design has announced the promotion of Kristin Landreth to senior project manager, interior design, as well as the addition of Jessica Cross, AIA, and Katlin Osborn to its commercial and multi-family team.

    Jessica Cross, a seasoned architect with a passion for community spaces, fitness centers, and workplaces, brings extensive experience in managing large-scale projects from concept to completion. As lead designer on numerous YMCA and affordable housing projects, she has consistently delivered successful outcomes through her exceptional time management skills and technical expertise. A natural leader, Jessica thrives in collaborative environments where creative design solutions can exceed client expectations.

    Kristin Landreth, now senior project manager, interior design, joined SV Design in 2021 as a project manager on the residential team. With over thirteen years of experience in high-end residential interior design and custom furnishings, Kristin is dedicated to creating spaces that perfectly suit her clients' needs and enhance their daily lives.

    Katlin Osborn, a seasoned project manager with ten years of experience, has joined SV Design's commercial and multi-family team. Her background includes commercial, corporate, and retail projects, as well as multi-family interiors. Katlin strives to develop thoughtful and functional solutions that create lasting experiences for end-users, and she finds the design process exciting and rewarding.
