SVN Announces New Leadership with Meredith Mears as Self Storage Product Council Co-Chair

VN International Corp., a global commercial real estate brand, has appointed Meredith Mears as Co-Chair of the SVN Self Storage Product Council. Mears will join Kristen Wilson-Asman and other council members to enhance SVN's presence in the self-storage sector.

    Mears is a seasoned expert with extensive experience in purchasing and selling self-storage facilities. She has worked with diverse clients, including industry equity fund operators, REITs, private owners, and investors. Her notable track record includes successfully closing complex sales and leasing deals, as well as participating in single property transactions ranging from $100,000 to $24 million.

    Mears is a member of the National Self Storage Association and has held various leadership roles, including Regent for the University System of Maryland and Board Member of Leadership Maryland. She was named one of the Top 100 Women in Maryland by The Daily Record in 2020 for her contributions in business, community, and mentoring.
