arek El Moussa and Christina Haack's kids are already showing signs of following in their parents' footsteps. Their son Brayden, 9, has a fascination with real estate that goes beyond just watching his parents work. He spends hours browsing online listings before bed, much to the amusement of his mom. "Some kids like bedtime stories," Haack chuckled, "he's like, 'I want to go and search the MLS and see what's for sale in the neighborhood.'" Brayden's enthusiasm is contagious, and he even invested $25 of his own money into a flip on their show "The Flipping El Moussas." He doubled his investment when the house sold, earning him bragging rights.
Their daughter Taylor, 14, has a keen eye for design that rivals her mom's. She loves to decorate her room and help with designing houses, which Haack believes is a sign of things to come. "She has an amazing eye," Haack said. "I feel like it's definitely in both of their futures." The kids' appearances on their parents' shows have been a natural part of their lives since they were babies, growing up alongside the cameras as their parents' fame grew.
The family's latest venture, "The Flip Off," has been a ratings goldmine for HGTV. The show pits Tarek and his wife Heather Rae against Haack in a competition to see who can profit most from a home flip. The premiere drew 4 million viewers, making it the highest-rated freshman series since 2022. With their kids' budding interests in real estate and design, it's clear that the El Moussa-Haack clan is set to continue dominating the world of home renovation for years to come.
