Cloze Hires Growth-Focused Exec to Drive Partnerships and Expand Offerings

loze, an AI-powered sales and marketing software company, has appointed Jose Perez as its first general manager for partnerships. Perez, a growth-focused real estate executive, will focus on expanding Cloze's reach within the industry. He joins from homegenius, where he helped drive adoption of their platform-as-a-service model.

    Cloze CEO Dan Foody said Perez's deep connections and consultative approach will strengthen the company's ability to showcase its role in the industry's shift towards strategic technology use. This move comes after Cloze added Arrival Homes CEO Simon Chen to its board of directors last month.

    JobSnap, an app connecting homeowners with verified service providers, has partnered with Keller Williams Collective, a network of market centers in Connecticut and New York. The integration will allow Keller Williams agents to offer valuable home and lifestyle recommendations to clients and prospects.

    Rechat, which offers real estate technology products, has partnered with Pacific Sotheby's International Realty, a leader in Southern California luxury space. Rechat's platform will provide agents and brokers with an all-in-one client engagement experience, including automated marketing and advanced CRM capabilities.

    Other recent tech news includes Reloq launching a new product that allows MLSs to provide advanced data management and branded consumer-facing portals. MLS PIN is also rolling out Restb.ai's generative AI features in 2025, while Planitar has added a new camera system designed for capturing 3D tours and floor plans.
