oll Brothers has begun selling its 78‑unit Willows at Brookfield townhomes. Construction started this summer on the 19.6‑acre site at 518 Federal Road, completion unannounced. Homes range 1,913–2,585 sq ft, priced from $500,000, featuring three bedrooms, 2½–4½ baths, and one‑ or two‑car garages. The complex contains 38 two‑story and 40 three‑story units. The developer, active in 24 states, recently launched a 393‑unit Norwalk project and plans 56 homes on a former Playtex site and 196 units on a Gen Re property on Long Ridge Road.
