2. $585K, single-family residence at 379 Opal Court: This 3,088 sqft home sold for $585,000 and was built in 2005.
3. $550K, single-family house at 411 Falling Leaves Circle: Sold for $550,000, this 2,932 sqft home was built in 1997.
4. $515K, single-family home at 1255 Surfside Circle: This 1,892 sqft home sold for $515,000 and was built in 1991.
5. $462K, single-family house at 1414 River Trail Drive: Sold for $462,000, this 2,252 sqft home was built in 1993.
6. $435K, single-family residence at 8508 Raya Lane: This 2,424 sqft home sold for $435,000 and was built in 2019.
7. $376K, single-family house at 415 Lisbon Drive: Sold for $375,500, this 2,084 sqft home was built in 1996.
