aniel J. Valenti has joined Troutman Pepper Locke as a partner in the firm's Real Estate Practice Group in New York, expanding its transactional and joint venture capabilities in leading metro markets and beyond.

    Valenti brings over two decades of experience to the role, having previously served as a partner at Goulston & Storrs. He specializes in commercial real estate transactions, including joint ventures, mortgage and mezzanine financing, preferred equity arrangements, and acquisitions and dispositions.
