Steve Witkoff, a key player in the Gaza cease fire deal, chairs the inauguration. Confirmed attendees include Miriam Adelson, owner of Las Vegas Sands casino, and developer Charles Kushner, father-in-law of Trump's daughter Ivanka.

    The roster also features Cantor Fitzgerald CEO Howard Lutnick, tapped for Commerce secretary, and private equity businessman Bill Pulte, set to lead the Federal Housing Finance Agency. Despite some trade groups supporting his opponent Kamala Harris, the real estate industry is generally optimistic about Trump's policies.

    Industry leaders like Jared Epstein of Aurora Capital Associates hope Trump will streamline federal regulations, allowing them to bring projects to life faster and more affordably. Jeff Gural of GFP Real Estate also expressed support for Trump's pledge on a SALT cap, despite being a Democratic Party supporter.

    Major tech players are also cozying up to the new administration, with Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, and Mark Zuckerberg set to take prominent spots alongside former presidents, Trump's family, and Cabinet nominees. Other Big Tech executives in attendance will include Sam Altman of OpenAI, Sundar Pichai of Google, Tim Cook of Apple, and Dara Khosrowshahi of Uber.
