uxury brokerage TTR Sotheby's International Realty, with 13 offices and nearly 600 agents in the Washington, D.C. area, has reshuffled its top tier. Mark Lowham, former CEO and managing partner, now chairs the board; David DeSantis takes the helm as chief executive officer; and Derrick Swaak serves as president and chief operating officer. Lowham will steer long‑term strategy and partner outreach, DeSantis will drive growth and set the firm’s strategic course, while Swaak will oversee day‑to‑day operations and scale initiatives. Founder Jonathan Taylor called the trio a “strategic” fit that “reinforces the strength and longevity of the Sotheby’s network when combined with high‑performing local ownership,” adding that the new team “is exactly the kind of leadership we need as the firm advances its leadership in the luxury real‑estate sector.”
Meanwhile, Ashley Terrell‑Kayiran, who joined Rayse as chief revenue officer a year ago, is moving into an advisory capacity and has accepted the role of senior vice president of growth for Inside Real Estate’s mortgage division. Prior to Rayse, she served as CRO at Percy and Homeowner.ai, and she helped expand Rayse into an MLS‑member benefit for more than 300,000 agents nationwide—a milestone she highlighted on social media. In a LinkedIn post, she said she looks forward to continuing to support Rayse as an advisor and owner, and that the new position lets her combine her passion for real estate and mortgage. She noted the timing feels right and expressed excitement about shaping the next chapter of growth at Inside Real Estate.
