T
he Ladies' Mile shopping corridor is far from dead. After Bed Bath & Beyond's departure in 2021 left a significant void at 620 Sixth Ave., many predicted the worst for the area north of West 14th Street. However, RXR Realty's iconic cast-iron building between West 18th and West 19th streets has now reached full occupancy. Ulta Beauty has taken over the last remaining storefront on the ground floor, signing a lease for 11,503 square feet at an asking rent of $175 per square foot. This marks Ulta's third New York City location. The deal follows Burlington Coat Factory's recent signing for nearly 80,000 square feet, and in the past year, the property has seen over 490,000 square feet of leases secured.
