USA Today launches real estate search platform

Gannett partners with AddressUSA to power online real estate portal across USA Today Network.

G
annett, the publisher of USA Today, has formed a multiyear partnership with AddressUSA to power an online real estate portal across its network. The agreement will integrate AddressUSA's listings alongside editorial content on home buying and selling, as well as home improvement topics.

The partnership aims to provide consumers with comprehensive information for navigating the buying or selling process. Gannett Chairman and CEO Mike Reed stated that real estate information is essential for their 195 million average monthly unique visitors who are searching for homes or exploring properties.

AddressUSA's platform will enable Gannett to drive audience growth and engagement, enhancing the reader experience by showcasing local market options. AddressUSA Chairman Paul Huntsman believes the partnership will help his platform reach a broader national audience.

As part of this agreement, USA Today is launching "Home Across America" later this summer, a photo gallery featuring homes in various styles and price points across the country.
