The multi-year deal significantly expands service integration and reach, nearly doubling the number of units supported by Valet Living for RangeWater. This agreement builds on their existing partnership, which began in 2021 with the introduction of Doorstep waste and recycling collection and Torch Fitness live classes.

    Under the new agreement, Valet Living will continue to offer these popular amenities while adding Bulk services, which enable property managers to maintain neat and clean properties, and MultiPro Property Solutions' apartment turn solutions. As a common owner with Valet Living, MultiPro provides hassle-free property capabilities for the multifamily industry through a single point of contact.
