ill Rawlings, former president of the Atlanta Realtors Association, is launching Peachtree Town & Country, a new luxury brokerage with offices in Buckhead and Alpharetta. The firm will debut this fall, aiming to redefine the experience for high‑net‑worth buyers and sellers. Rawlings, a seasoned executive who has led teams at Harry Norman Realtors, Jenny Pruitt & Associates, Sotheby’s International Realty, and his own Rawlings Fine Homes, says Atlanta deserves a new standard in real estate. “We’re building a culture of excellence that empowers our advisors and delivers a world‑class experience for every client,” he says.

The company is backed by local investors including Brian Brasher, co‑founder of Creed and Pitch Hammer Music. Legendary hospitality executive Horst Schulze will serve as Cultural Advisor, bringing the Ritz‑Carlton service philosophy to the firm. “Excellence in real estate, like in hospitality, begins with service,” Schulze notes. With more than 25 years in Atlanta’s luxury market, Rawlings has overseen billions in sales and developed many of the city’s top agents.

Rawlings has been honored by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as a National All‑Star Visionary of the Year and remains active in philanthropy. He attributes much of his success to his late mentor, Jenny Pruitt, whose legacy of integrity and generosity informs the firm’s values.

Erica Jackson Weingart, Chief Brand & Creative Officer, brings over a decade of luxury real‑estate branding across North America. “Our brand must be as distinctive as the properties we represent,” she says. She will provide advisors with cutting‑edge creative tools and reimagine client engagement through design and storytelling.

Peachtree Town & Country is inviting top‑producing agents to join as founding advisors, offering them a chance to shape the company from the ground up.
