Virginia Realtors and RE/MAX Welcome New Team Members

Leadership moves: Saxton to RE/MAX EVP, Lugg to Virginia Realtors CEO, Constellation1 adds 4 SVPs.

T
ravis Saxton, a seasoned real estate technology and digital marketing expert, has been appointed executive vice president of strategy at RE/MAX Holdings. Reporting directly to CEO Erik Carlson, Saxton will lead technology-focused initiatives aimed at strengthening RE/MAX operations and driving affiliate growth. His experience in brokerage consulting and technology leadership will be invaluable as the company continues to execute its vision.

Saxton's appointment is the third significant leadership announcement from RE/MAX this month. In January, Amy Lessinger resigned after nearly three decades with the brokerage, while Chris Lim was named chief growth officer last week.

Rick Lugg has taken over as CEO of Virginia Realtors, the state's largest trade association serving nearly 35,000 real estate professionals. A longtime executive at the association, Lugg previously served as chief financial officer and chief operating officer before being promoted to the top role following a comprehensive search.

Constellation1 is continuing to reshape its leadership team with the addition of four senior vice presidents: Scott Petronis, Mark Mathis, Greg Beckman, and Elisha Elliott. These new leaders will play a crucial role in the company's mission to create a more seamless and efficient real estate ecosystem.
