irtuo, a Canadian company that offers AI-powered concierge services for homebuyers, is expanding its operations to Texas. The company will establish offices in Dallas, Austin, and Houston, targeting homebuilders as it enters the US market. Virtuo's platform, which includes a generative AI assistant called HomieAI and human support, helps guide homebuyers from purchase to post-move life, handling tasks such as move logistics and utility setups.
Virtuo has already helped over 30,000 Canadian homebuyers and some American consumers in four US states. The company's CEO, Casey Kachur, cited the similarities between Alberta and Texas as a reason for choosing the Lone Star State as its first US launch location. Virtuo will continue to partner with Shane Homes, a Canadian builder that has already used the platform to enhance its customers' homebuying experiences.
