In Newport, 43 Palmer St. changed hands for $1,290,000 when Fred Jr. & Nancy Roy sold to Stageright LLC. Meanwhile, Unit 1 at 4 Goodwin St. fetched $1,150,000 after Hawthorne Realty, LLC transferred ownership to 4 Good LLC.
