hite & Case LLP has advised Alpha Bank S.A. on the partial disposal of a large portfolio of real estate assets in Greece, valued at nearly €300 million. The deal involved creating a holding structure with an initial perimeter of approximately €400 million, which was later adjusted to 460 assets following sales and exclusions.
The White & Case team, led by partners Debashis Dey and Steven Worthington, worked closely with local partners Adnan Bekdur, Philip Vavalidis, and Greg Pospodinis. The transaction is considered one of the most significant real estate deals in Greece in recent years.
