hite & Case LLP, a global law firm, advised Eire Capital on the acquisition of three industrial properties in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico. The deal aims to expand Eire Capital's portfolio in one of Mexico's most productive border cities.

    Eire Capital, a real estate investment firm with extensive experience in Mexican and US markets, sought White & Case's expertise for due diligence, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations. The transaction involved the review of each property's details, obtaining necessary permits, and drafting acquisition documents.

    The White & Case team was led by local partner Alfonso Vargas Mayoral, with support from Capital Markets counsel Jorge Escalante and Real Estate associate Sofía Elizaga in Mexico City.
