illis is enhancing its Real Estate division with the introduction of a specialized Residential Real Estate Team. Led by Naomi Palmer and Shaun Grainger, this team will cater to various residential sectors such as Build-to-Rent, student accommodation, ground rent investment, and retirement living.

    Palmer brings over 12 years of experience in managing large residential accounts and driving operational efficiency. Grainger joins Willis with two decades of sales expertise focused on Real Estate clients and advisors. The team's capabilities are further strengthened by the appointment of Mike Marrill as a dedicated Claims Executive, ensuring seamless property claims processing.
