    190 Sturges Ridge Road: Clifford Finn purchased it for $1,500,000 from Sarah and Kevin Bernhard.

    24 Richdale Drive: De Simone Development LLC acquired it for $2,000,000 from Knapp Properties LLC.

    150 Hurlbutt Street: Jonathan and Molly Carpenter bought it for $1,700,000 from John S. and Bernadette C Hess.

    66 Graenest Ridge Road: East Wing LLC purchased it for $1,240,000 from Michael E. and Caroline P Stenzler.
