    La Criolla Café & Bakery, a sister restaurant to La Criolla Café & Restaurant in Davenport, has leased space at 416 Citi Centre St. The new location will offer authentic Puerto Rican cuisine, including empanadas, breakfast platters, and mofongo. The Davenport location has gained a significant following since its opening five years ago.
