WE has parted ways with its former headquarters, "Titan Towers," a building that served as the company's main base since 1991. The four-story office space and parking facility was built in the early 1980s and became a prominent landmark in Stamford, Connecticut.
Following WWE's acquisition by Endeavor to merge it with UFC under TKO Group Holdings in 2023, the company relocated its headquarters to 707 Washington Boulevard. TKO later set up shop in New York. The former HQ was recently sold for $3.75 million to MB Financial Group, which plans to convert the property into an apartment complex.
MB Financial CEO Michael Massimino sees the location as "superb," with views of Long Island Sound and the Noroton River making it a unique property. Plans for the redevelopment include over 80 units, which will be reviewed by local zoning officials. Massimino aims to complete the project within the existing building by the first half of 2027.
WWE's departure from "Titan Towers" is part of its ongoing transformation since the TKO merger. The company sold the site of its former production studio in Stamford for almost $7.5 million, with a new production facility opened on-site at Washington Boulevard last year.
