The IT service company Nuvotex GmbH from Augsburg has signed a lease agreement for an office floor of over 1,400 square metres in Hery Park in Gersthofen. The move-in is scheduled for September 2026. The letting was facilitated by Kragler Immobilien GmbH, which supported Nuvotex GmbH in its search for suitable premises. This step allows the company to expand its existing business structures and implement modern, flexible workplace concepts.
The move to Gersthofen results from the continuous growth of Nuvotex GmbH in recent years, which led to a steady increase in employees and thus raised the requirements for the provided office space. Hery Park offered the conditions that are intended to support the company's future development. This applies both to the size of the areas and the possibilities for designing a modern working environment.
Location and Workplace Design
The new location in Hery Park Gersthofen is conveniently situated in terms of transport, directly on the B2 and B17, and has connections to public transport. This infrastructure is important for an expanding company. The new office spaces offer Nuvotex the opportunity to precisely adapt the working environment to current and future needs. The plan is to create a combination of open-plan areas for communication and separate workstations, as well as quiet zones.
Daniel Nachtrub, Managing Director of Nuvotex GmbH, commented on the reasons behind the move. He highlighted that the team in Augsburg was previously spread across two floors. The new single-floor space is intended to promote more direct communication channels and more interactive collaboration. In the IT sector, quick agreements, efficient work processes, and room for innovation are essential. He emphasised that companies should consider the diversity of work design and meet the individual wishes of employees. The move to Gersthofen will enable this implementation even better.
