Trebellar, an artificial intelligence-based platform specifically developed for enterprise real estate, has successfully closed an 18 million US dollar Series A funding round. The objective of this capital raising is to automate strategies for corporate real estate portfolios. The round was led by Blossom Capital, complemented by participation from Haystack, Alt Capital, 1Flourish, and Bynd Venture Capital.
Founded in 2022 and based in San Francisco, Trebellar consolidates portfolio data into a format that can be utilised by artificial intelligence. This enables the development of precise real estate strategies for large corporations and other space users. Diego Ferreiro Val, co-founder and CEO of Trebellar, emphasises that the platform accelerates decision-making and underpins it with higher reliability than would be possible through manual data collection.
Significant Growth and Notable Clients
According to its own statements, Trebellar recorded a twenty-fold revenue growth between the first and second quarters of 2026. Among the large corporations already using Trebellar to determine their space requirements are Uber, Meta, and Merck. Instead of traditional spreadsheets or external consultants, Trebellar offers its clients a dynamic, real-time view of their portfolios. This view includes data on space, costs, utilisation, commuting times, and transport options. The technology can also integrate team sentiment.
Adam Sewall, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Trebellar, explained that the company works closely with end-users in the corporate sector. He pointed out that these clients often have partnerships with service providers, and Trebellar provides tools for both sides. However, the primary clients, such as Meta, Merck, and Cohesity, are the end-users of the space.
Future Plans and Industry Feedback
The new funding will be used to expand Trebellar's engineering and go-to-market teams, further deepen its AI capabilities, and grow its enterprise client base. Dave Gunter, Vice President of Global Workplace Services at Meta, spoke positively about the platform. He noted that Trebellar provides bespoke AI that offers exactly what the corporate real estate sector has been missing, and is not just another dashboard. For his team, it quickly became a vital part of real estate decision-making.

Trebellar was founded by a team of engineers and executives who previously worked at renowned technology companies such as Salesforce, Google, Waymo, and Verkada. Ferreiro Val, for example, led the engineering department at Salesforce. The company recently also brought in Dave Radcliffe as a consultant, who previously was responsible for Google's extensive real estate portfolio expansion. Ophelia Brown of Blossom Capital underscored that corporate real estate represents one of the last major categories not yet comprehensively permeated by AI. She attributed this to the need for specifically developed technologies, not adapted dashboards or additional service relationships.
