ODDO BHF, an established private bank, has announced the consolidation of its Düsseldorf business activities. In the future, various business units will be brought together at a common location at Friedrichstraße 56/corner Fürstenwall 172. This measure includes the letting of over 2,400 square metres of office space in the “Fürst & Friedrich” property.
The letting was secured following exclusive advice from the Office Advisory Team at BNP Paribas Real Estate. M&G Real Estate, the owner of the property, was advised by Anteon as lead broker during the transaction process. The bundling of activities aims to create synergies and increase the efficiency of operational processes.
Location and Facilities
At the new location, approximately 150 employees from the Private Wealth and Asset Management divisions will work together on a single floor. This concentration is intended to foster communication and collaboration within the bank. The “Fürst & Friedrich” property is characterised by a combination of historic building fabric and modern architecture, which creates a special working atmosphere.
The spatial concept is contemporary and geared towards innovative working methods. The building services have been implemented according to future-oriented standards to ensure a modern and attractive working environment.
