Beate Protze Immobilien GmbH, a real estate agency based in Dresden, has successfully concluded the brokerage of a significant office space in OstraHub Dresden. More than 2,000 square metres of commercial space within the building complex of the former 'Futterställe' (feeding stalls) have been handed over to a new major tenant. The client in this transaction was Ventura Investment GmbH, the landlord of the property.
The new tenant will occupy the office space in question within the distinctive building complex from 1 January 2027 and establish it as their new company headquarters. This underlines OstraHub's attractiveness as a location for modern working environments in the Saxon state capital.
OstraHub is located in the Ostragehege in Dresden and has undergone extensive transformation in recent years. What was once a former livestock farm, comprising cattle, pig, and sheep stalls, has developed into an innovative campus.
