Aengevelt Immobilien announced the sale of a property package by Peach Property Group. The package comprises ten multi-family houses with a total area of approximately 5,000 square metres of living space. The buyer is a regionally active investor who acquired the majority of the properties for long-term portfolio retention. A proportion of the properties is intended for individual sale. The parties agreed to maintain confidentiality regarding the details of the purchase price.
The properties sold are part of the Peach Property Group's OWL portfolio. They are located in residential areas characterised by stable demand. Gerald Klinck, CEO of Peach Property Group, stated that the properties offered investors prospects for returns and value appreciation. He emphasised that the current sale to a regional investor group underscored the attractiveness of the locations and properties. This group had assessed the quality of the properties accordingly based on their market knowledge.
Klinck also stressed that the division of the overall portfolio into location-oriented sub-portfolios had facilitated the sales process, as this allowed for addressing different investment strategies. This strategic breakdown enabled a more targeted approach to potential buyers with diverging investment goals.
Chiara Aengevelt, managing partner of Aengevelt Immobilien, added her perspective on the Ostwestfalen-Lippe economic region. She characterised the region as one of Germany's most significant industrial and innovation centres, generating high demand for attractive housing solutions. The brokered properties therefore not only offer attractive entry conditions for investors but also long-term value appreciation potential due to a low average net cold rent.
