Peper & Söhne GmbH has let a light industrial property at Lunedeich 165 in Bremerhaven. The contractual partner is a subsidiary of a German technology group. Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG acted as consultant and broker.

The commercial property in question was acquired by Peper & Söhne at the beginning of 2015. It is located on a plot of approximately 10,000 sqm and comprises a total rental area of about 3,800 sqm. The property is designed for use by two parties and offers diverse usage options. It includes warehouse and assembly areas, two separate, integrated office units, and an outdoor area which encompasses an external warehouse and a washing bay. The hall height is up to 6.50 m to the bottom of the truss (UKB), complemented by four ground-level gates.

Strategic location and area utilisation

The location is characterised by its proximity to the A27 motorway and good transport links via the B71 towards Bremen and Cuxhaven. The new tenant, the technology company, has rented approximately 150 sqm of office space, 1,350 sqm of hall space and 3,500 sqm of outdoor space. Handover of the premises took place in July 2026.

Christoph Peper, Managing Director of Peper & Söhne GmbH, stated that with the new tenant, the location gained a globally leading provider of technology and mobility solutions, which suited the property very well. The collaboration of strong partners with clear decision-making processes accelerated the letting process quickly and efficiently.

Malte Seemann, Head of Bremen for the logistics real estate sector at Robert C. Spies, added that requirements for industrial and commercial properties were becoming increasingly specific. He emphasised the demand for flexible space concepts, good infrastructural connections, and properties that could be used without long lead times. The property at Lunedeich optimally met these requirements.
