A personnel change has taken place on the leadership committee of the Chester Association of Property Professionals (CAPP). Anna Horne, who works as a sales negotiator for the Chester-based estate agency Cavendish, has been officially appointed to the committee of the regional industry body.
She succeeds David Adams, Managing Director of Cavendish. Adams served on the CAPP committee for a total of 16 years, continuously supporting the activities of the professional organisation over this extended period.
Continuity in regional representation
This change marks a notable transition within the local committee. David Adams is stepping down from committee work after 16 years, while the seat is retained by Cavendish. The firm thereby maintains an established voice in the professional representation of the Chester market.
Through her role as a sales negotiator, Anna Horne brings direct insight into current market activity, transaction procedures and demand trends in the local residential property sector. The appointment of operational professionals to such committees reinforces the integration of day-to-day transaction practice into the association's work.
Significance of the industry body in Chester
The Chester Association of Property Professionals serves as an established forum for property specialists across the region. The association promotes professional exchange, maintains high standards of quality and supports networking among experts in the Chester area and adjacent market zones.
For estate agency Cavendish, the appointment of Anna Horne consolidates its presence within the regional property market network. Following the longstanding service of Managing Director David Adams, the firm is now represented on the CAPP committee by a new delegate.
