Previously, she shared this leadership position with Maike Krallinger, who is pursuing new professional opportunities. During this time, she played a significant role in the development of major projects in the Cologne and Düsseldorf region and assumed relevant leadership responsibilities, including power of attorney and managing directorships in project companies.
Ms Edelbluth's career began with studying architecture at FH Köln. This was followed by four years as an architect in a Cologne architectural firm and ten years as a project manager and architect at Fischer Architekten, which has offices in Mannheim, Cologne, and Berlin. In February 2017, she joined DIE WOHNKOMPANIE NRW as a project developer. Her professional career is characterised by the initiation, development, and management of challenging residential and urban district development projects in North Rhine-Westphalia, from concept to successful implementation.
Regional Commitment and Future Objectives
In addition to her corporate activities, Ms Edelbluth is involved as a board member of the Wohnungsbauinitiative Köln (WIK). There, she acts as a co-designer of housing policy dialogue in the Cologne region and represents DIE WOHNKOMPANIE NRW in relevant industry and professional networks. In this role, she serves as a contact person for municipalities, political decision-makers, and project partners in the Cologne and Düsseldorf regions. This underscores the company's strategic positioning in its engagement with regional stakeholders.
