Physio Zentrum Menden has completed its expansion by leasing premises in the former Menden railway station building. This new location, titled Campus am Bahnhof, will serve as a central hub for health topics, education, and professional exchange in the future. The real estate company LAGE³ Immobilien facilitated this transaction.

With the establishment of this campus, Physio Zentrum Menden is setting another strategic focus alongside its already established location at Stein. The new premises are intended to host a variety of uses, including the Gisela Eckstein Akademie, the Elternschule Menden (Menden Parent School), as well as further education and training courses and specialist lectures in the health sector.

A central element of the campus is the Gisela Eckstein Akademie, Menden’s first state-recognised vocational school for physiotherapy, which will be located at the station in the future. Anabell Eckstein, founder and managing director of Physio Zentrum Menden, emphasised that from the outset, great importance was placed on professionally sound, contemporary, reliable, and future-oriented training. This required premises that enable teaching, practical work, digital work, and interaction equally, a requirement that the new Campus am Bahnhof fulfills.

The campus is designed to function as a platform for events and professional impulses. Four to six specialist lectures are planned annually, which will present health topics in an understandable and practical manner. For the inaugural event in November 2026, a speaker specialising in stress management and coping with strain has been secured.

The establishment of this innovative concept is regarded as a significant asset for Menden and particularly for the station quarter. The managing partners of LAGE³ Immobilien, Nathan Jurecky and Patrick Stemmer, expressed their delight at attracting a future-oriented user for this location. They highlighted that the development of the campus generates sustainable added value for owners, tenants, and the city by precisely matching the property with its use. The station quarter will be substantially enhanced by this modern offering in the health and education sectors.

For Physio Zentrum Menden, the Campus am Bahnhof is not merely a spatial expansion; rather, it complements the existing offering with a place where health, education, and social responsibility are linked in an integrative approach. This creates a new central point of contact in Menden for health education, professional exchange, and practical information dissemination.
