Bremer Projektentwicklung GmbH has been granted the necessary planning permission for its "B HUB" project in Dissen a.T.W. The project involves the development of a modern commercial park, offering approximately 16,300 square metres of rental space primarily for logistics and manufacturing companies. The entire development will be realised on an approximately 30,500 square metre brownfield site, which boasts a direct connection to the motorway network.
Bremer West GmbH & Co. KG is responsible for the turnkey implementation as the general contractor. Demolition of the existing building is scheduled for early August, with construction anticipated to begin in late autumn. Marketing of the future rental units has already commenced. Mr. Kevin Manthey, Head of Department at Bremer Projektentwicklung, highlighted the advantages of the location: The site, situated in the economically significant triangle of Osnabrück, Münster, and Bielefeld, offers ideal conditions for companies with both regional and supra-regional supply chains. He expressed his pleasure at the opportunity to offer attractive rental spaces and to push forward with the project's realisation.
The "B HUB" will be constructed in an established commercial area directly connected to the A33, ensuring quick accessibility to further transport axes such as the A1, A2, and A30. The location is approved for 24/7 operations, creating optimal conditions for businesses in production, trade, and logistics. For efficient handling of logistical processes, a total of 16 loading docks are planned, which corresponds to a ratio of approximately one dock per 1,000 square metres of rental space, supplemented by two ground-level gates.
The project development is pursuing a DGNB Gold certification and adheres to ESG criteria. This includes the use of energy-efficient building technology, such as air-to-air heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, and LED lighting. Mr. Bernd Jungholt, Managing Director of Bremer Projektentwicklung, emphasised the company's commitment to developing modern commercial properties on brownfields, even in Dissen, which are both flexibly usable and sustainably designed. He added that the "B HUB" will create an attractive offering in a mature economic region.
