The P&P Group is realising a residential project on Simonstraße in Fürth, near Südstadtpark, the shell construction of which has reached its final phase. Work is currently focused on the ceiling of the fourth upper floor. This step marks a significant milestone in the construction process. The shell construction is planned to be fully completed by the end of August 2026, while the overall project completion is scheduled for April 2027.
The development comprises the creation of 40 residential units, covering a spectrum of 1- to 3-room flats. The average living space of these units is around 58 square metres. The offering is supplemented by parking spaces in an underground car park, as well as the provision of balconies or open spaces for some of the flats, which are intended to enhance living quality.
Focus on sustainability and quality assurance
A central aspect of the project development lies in energy quality and sustainable construction. The building is being constructed according to the QNG40-EE standard, which implies high requirements for energy efficiency and sustainability. Accompanying the construction phase, an independent quality control is carried out by TÜV. This inspection ensures transparency and reliability regarding the quality of execution throughout the entire construction process.
Michael Canziani, Technical Director of the P&P Group, stated that with the closing of the ceiling above the fourth upper floor, they are on the home stretch of the shell construction. He emphasised that its full completion by the end of August represents an important milestone for the project. At the same time, great importance is attached to ensuring the high quality of execution throughout the entire construction process, which is underscored by the construction-accompanying inspection by TÜV and the realisation according to the QNG40-EE standard.
Sales strategy and next construction phases
The project is being marketed in collaboration with an exclusive sales partner. This cooperation enables structured prospective buyer support and precise positioning of the properties in the market. The management highlighted that the close integration between project development and sales is crucial for a venture of this kind. They noted that with the exclusive sales partner, they have a professional partner whose collaboration is characterised by short coordination channels, high market knowledge, and consistent prospective buyer support.
With the imminent completion of the shell construction work, the focus now shifts to the subsequent project phases. In the coming months, interior finishing work will be progressively advanced. The scheduled completion of the project is targeted for April 2027.
