SD Worx, a leading European provider of HR and payroll solutions, has undertaken significant organisational restructuring in Germany. This includes the relocation of the company’s headquarters to Berlin, as well as the expansion of its office landscape in the Rhine-Main region with a new site in Frankfurt am Main. The new premises are designed to facilitate modern forms of collaboration and provide a setting for client events and workshops.
Berlin as the new headquarters
The decision to relocate the company headquarters to Berlin on 1 July 2026 marks a strategic alignment for SD Worx. This step aims to underscore the company's European focus and seek proximity to one of Germany's most important technology and talent hubs. This measure also serves to strengthen its position as an HR provider in the German market. The operational processes, contact persons and existing communication channels for clients and employees remain unaffected by this relocation.
Expansion of presence in Frankfurt am Main
Parallel to the relocation of its headquarters, SD Worx is investing in the Rhine-Main region. The previous site in Dreieich has been relinquished. A new office in Frankfurt am Main was occupied on 13 July 2026. The new office's location is strategically advantageous, situated between the city centre, the main railway station and the airport, ensuring high accessibility for employees and clients. The total area of 670 m² is designed for a modern working environment that fosters efficiency and flexibility.
The facilities include several modernly furnished meeting rooms and representative areas for client visits, workshops and other events. The infrastructure is complemented by a canteen, a gym and ample parking facilities to offer comprehensive comfort to employees and visitors.
Tilman Rotberg, Managing Director Germany at SD Worx, commented on the realignments. He emphasised that the relocation of the company headquarters to Berlin highlights the strategic positioning as a European HR provider. The investment in the Frankfurt site was underscored as a deliberate decision for a central point of contact in the Rhine-Main region. The created spaces are intended to support modern working methods, promote personal exchange and lay the foundation for future growth.
