Sirius Real Estate Limited, a holder and operator of commercial and industrial parks in Germany and the UK, recently topped up existing bonds. The issue comprised two unsecured bond tranches, with a total volume exceeding 185 million Euros. The law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised Sirius Real Estate on this transaction.

As part of this capital measure, the already existing bonds from 2025 and 2021 were each increased to a total nominal amount of 500 million Euros. The top-up amounted to 150 million Euros and 35.1 million Euros respectively. The corresponding bonds bear interest at 4.00 per cent and 1.75 per cent respectively and are subject to German law. The maturity dates are January 2032 and November 2028.

The bonds are listed on the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The placement was based, among other things, on a shortened prospectus format, in accordance with the regulations of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The proceeds generated from the issues are primarily intended for the refinancing of existing liabilities and for general corporate purposes.

HSBC, Barclays Bank, BNP PARIBAS, and ABN AMRO acted as Joint Bookrunners for this transaction. Lazard served as Financial Advisor for Sirius Real Estate. Norton Rose Fulbright, which had previously advised Sirius Real Estate on earlier bond issues, including those now topped up, was significantly involved.

Norton Rose Fulbright's Frankfurt team operated under the leadership of Partner Dr. Frank Peter Regelin and Senior Associate Denis Dräger, both specialising in Corporate and Capital Markets topics. The advisory team was complemented by Senior Associate Florian Fraunhofer from the Banking/Capital Markets practice. The German capital markets team is known for its expertise in national and international capital market transactions, covering a wide range of instruments such as bonds, commercial papers, and structured products, as well as related regulatory issues.
