SQUARE PARKS is expanding its activities in the urban business and artisan park sector. Following the establishment of its business model, the company intends to acquire additional plots with development potential or existing properties with short lease terms at selected locations in Germany. The aim is to develop further business parks to create flexibly usable and ESG-compliant light industrial spaces.

Henning Nietz, Managing Director of SQUARE PARKS, stated that the business model has been well received in the market. He pointed to consistently high demand for modern commercial premises at locations within the DACH region. He considers the combination of urban, well-connected locations and the option to flexibly lease small-scale units and adapt them to changing requirements to be crucial. This flexibility is an important criterion for many companies in an uncertain economic environment. Nietz sees this not as a short-term trend, but as a structural shift in demand for space, which is why the growth trajectory will continue and the concept will be extended to other German metropolitan and growth regions.

SQUARE PARKS develops business and artisan parks with flexible, divisible units. The offering is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises, artisan businesses, manufacturing industries, last-mile logistics, service providers, and start-ups. The spaces can be rented separately as required or combined. In addition to project development, SQUARE PARKS optionally offers asset, property, and leasing management for the completed properties.

The acquisition profile focuses on the Top 7 cities and their metropolitan regions. The company is seeking urban locations with good motorway connections, as well as sites within established commercial and industrial clusters. For the development of new light industrial and business parks, plots in commercial and industrial zones measuring 10,000 to 40,000 square metres are of interest. SQUARE PARKS considers brownfields, greenfields, and conversion sites. A prerequisite is designation as building land or a reliable prospect of obtaining building rights.

The SQUARE PARKS concept combines flexible layouts, modern ESG requirements, and high multi-tenant usability with an integrated management approach. Leasing to different user groups diversifies cash flow across various industries and companies. Close integration of leasing, asset, and property management enables the adaptation of spaces to changing user needs, the early identification of expansion wishes, and the targeted reduction of vacancies. SQUARE PARKS relies on the ADOLF WEBER Unternehmensgruppe's over 100 years of experience and operational capabilities in project development, leasing, and property management.
