City-Galerie Siegen is reinforcing its market position as a key shopping destination in South Westphalia through a series of strategic lease agreements and space optimisations. These measures aim to diversify the industry mix and develop the overall offering for visitors from Siegen and the surrounding area.

As part of these activities, various new brands have been secured for the City-Galerie. These include Mango, UOUOROSE, Schwarz Trauringe, and Immergrün. The successive opening of these concepts is scheduled for 2026 and 2027. UOUOROSE is expected to open in the third quarter of 2026, while the openings of Mango and Jack & Jones are planned for the first quarter of 2027.

In parallel with the new leases, established players are also investing in their presence within the centre. Snipes will relocate its premises and realise a significant increase in space; the new opening is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. Jack & Jones will also expand its space as part of the restructuring, while Mango's new store concept will be implemented within this development. Engbers is relocating its premises within the City-Galerie and increasing its sales area to present its concept in an expanded form. These activities demonstrate the attractiveness of City-Galerie Siegen for established brands and contribute to a future-oriented space structure.

The ongoing space optimisation also includes a repositioning of existing tenants. Tally Weijl and the DRK Blood Donation Service will move to new premises within the centre, thus remaining part of the offering. These internal relocations contribute to further optimising the space structure and clarifying customer guidance.

An indicator of the location's attractiveness is the successful transformation of temporary concepts into long-term leases. L’Akkent Café will be permanently represented in the centre from 1 June, with The Darter Shop following on 1 July. Both concepts successfully established themselves during their pop-up phase and complement the permanent offering of City-Galerie Siegen.

Wladimir Senkewitsch, Centre Manager of City-Galerie Siegen, commented on the developments, noting that the current leasing successes and space adjustments position City-Galerie Siegen as a dynamic and future-proof retail location. He further stated that the targeted integration of new brands, the further development of existing concepts, and an optimised space structure create a modern, attractive offering that sustainably strengthens the centre's competitiveness in the region.
