Alexander Lindhorst Verwaltungs GmbH, Aureus Holding GmbH and Cureus GmbH are implementing a structural reorganisation of their finance departments. This measure is a response to the continued growth and increasing interconnectedness of the aforementioned companies within the Lindhorst Group. The aim is to standardise processes and centralise responsibilities to realise synergies.
Mechthild Mösenfechtel has been appointed to lead this newly established CFO position. She commenced her role on the management boards of the three companies in September 2026. Her responsibilities encompass tax, controlling and accounting. This appointment establishes overarching leadership for financial matters.
As part of this new appointment, Oliver Sturhahn, the previous CFO of Cureus GmbH, is leaving the company by mutual agreement. The long-standing authorised signatory, Gunda Gesterkamp, will continue in her executive role for financing within the affected companies. Responsibilities within JLW Holding AG, which also belongs to the Lindhorst Group, remain unaffected by this restructuring.
Strategic Importance of the New Appointment
Alexander Lindhorst, a representative of the Lindhorst Group, commented on the strategic relevance of this personnel decision. He emphasised his positive expectations regarding the new, overarching alignment of important finance departments within the business units for which he is responsible. With Mechthild Mösenfechtel, a proven specialist has been secured for the CFO position to continue the group’s successful course.
The integration of Ms Mösenfechtel into the management boards marks a significant step towards further professionalisation and increased efficiency of the finance departments. The pooling of resources and the creation of clear responsibilities are intended to lay the foundation for sustainable corporate development.
Focus on Sustainable Growth
The reorganisation of the CFO department underscores the Lindhorst Group's efforts to adapt its internal structures to the dynamic market environment and optimise operational processes. These measures are an integral part of the long-term strategy to continue to secure the growth of the companies and strengthen their competitiveness.
