TechnologieZentrumDresden has newly let a significant office space in a commercial building at Zwickauer Straße 46. Techem Energy Service GmbH, a renowned energy service provider, will occupy an area of approximately 1,498 square metres on the third floor from 15 November 2026. The lease agreement was concluded for a term of five years.
The brokerage of this transaction was carried out in cooperation between Beate Protze Immobilien GmbH from Dresden and NAI apollo. Falk Protze of Beate Protze Immobilien Dresden, and Martin Angersbach and Martin Höppler of NAI apollo, advised the parties during the contract signing.
