Tishman Speyer, a global real estate company, has announced the letting of office space in Frankfurt's "Junghof" to the international law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP (BCLP). The agreement covers approximately 2,900 sq m and was concluded with comprehensive legal advice from the European law firm Fieldfisher. The premises will be ready for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2027.
The "Junghof" is a revitalisation and repositioning project in Frankfurt's banking district. The property offers office space in a central location, developed according to sustainable criteria. It holds a LEED Gold certification, an internationally recognised standard for sustainable buildings that considers aspects such as energy efficiency and resource conservation.
The letting to BCLP extends across the 5th and 6th floors of the building. In addition to the pure office and ancillary use areas, the lease agreement also includes roof terrace areas that can be exclusively used by BCLP. This configuration underlines that the "Junghof" meets the requirements of international users for modern, flexible and sustainable working environments.

Legal support from Fieldfisher was led by Real Estate Partner Michael Ziegaus-Clavien. His advice covered the entire letting process, from negotiating the commercial and legal framework conditions to concluding the long-term lease agreement.
