The Pflugfelder Unternehmensgruppe has completed a significant construction stage of the "Hälden" project in Tamm, Ludwigsburg district. The topping-out ceremony last Wednesday confirmed the completion of the shell construction for the two planned multi-family houses. The realisation of this project is thus progressing to the next construction phase, the interior fit-out.
With the building structure erected and the roof structure completed, work in the coming months will focus on the interior fit-out. This includes technical building equipment as well as the landscaping of the outdoor areas. The project is designed to create a total of 35 owner-occupied flats in an established residential area on Häldenstraße. The concept takes into account diverse living models.
Sustainability and quality of living
The flats vary in size from approximately 39 m² to 124 m². They are being constructed in compliance with high ecological and sustainable building standards. The buildings meet the requirements of the KfW 55 EE energy standard. An integral part of the energy concept is the integration of an air-to-water heat pump and a photovoltaic system, which are intended to contribute to the energy supply of the complex.
Interest in the project has already manifested during the construction phase. The penthouse flats are completely sold. Felix Epple, Managing Director of Pflugfelder Unternehmensgruppe, stated that the sale of the penthouse flats even before completion underscores the attractiveness of the concept and its market positioning. He emphasised that buyers appreciate the combination of sustainable construction, well-thought-out floor plans, and the location in Tamm. This, he noted, is an indication that the "Hälden" project meets current requirements for modern living.
