The topping-out ceremony for the 'arrive pankow' residential project at Berliner Straße 100 in Berlin-Pankow has been held. Primus Immobilien AG is developing 291 rental apartments here, with completion anticipated for autumn 2027. This undertaking marks the beginning of a series of four joint projects that Primus and Greystar, a company involved in the rental housing sector, are developing as part of a joint venture.
The 'arrive pankow' property will feature a co-working space, a gym, and a communal roof terrace with areas for urban gardening. Sebastian Fischer, CEO and Shareholder of Primus Immobilien AG, commented on the construction progress, emphasising adherence to the schedule. He further highlighted that this is the first project of the joint venture with Greystar and the 'arrive' brand, whose shell construction is now complete. Fischer underscored the momentum with which Primus is driving residential construction projects in Berlin and referred to a project pipeline of over 2,800 rental apartments in the capital.
David Neuhoff, CFO and Shareholder of Primus Immobilien AG, emphasised the attractiveness of the Berlin housing market for international capital. He assessed the successful progress of the 'arrive pankow' project as proof that Primus is a suitable partner for institutional investors in Berlin property investments. Edvin Alomerović, Development Manager at Greystar Germany & Austria, added that Pankow demonstrates how high-quality and space-efficient housing can be created through infill development under difficult market conditions, which is urgently needed in Berlin. He described the topping-out ceremony as the first structural milestone of the joint venture and underlined the strength of the partnership.
The 'arrive' rental housing brand, introduced by Primus last year, aims to make modern, high-quality living space accessible in attractive Berlin locations for diverse target groups. The projects prioritise a high standard of living and the promotion of a neighbourhood community. This is achieved through the establishment of communal areas such as fitness zones, roof terraces with urban gardening, spacious courtyards, and co-working spaces.

Further projects in Hellersdorf, Treptow, Schöneberg, and Prenzlauer Berg are currently in the planning phase.
