Walnut Live, an established distribution platform in the private market funds sector, has expanded its partner network. Financial advisors now have access to another provider, Paribus Invest GmbH, on the platform. This cooperation enables the digital advisory and subscription of the Paribus Technologiezentrum Berlin Fund via Walnut Live.
The Paribus Technologiezentrum Berlin Fund offers investors the opportunity to participate in an office and research property in Berlin. The property is let long-term to BSH Hausgeräte GmbH. The property is located in the Siemensstadt district of Berlin, in the immediate vicinity of the “Siemensstadt Square” district development, one of the largest urban development projects in Europe.
Digital Distribution Structures
Lars Gentz, Managing Director of Walnut, commented on the new partnership: “With Paribus, we are gaining an experienced and renowned provider for our platform. The collaboration demonstrates that digital advisory and subscription processes, as an integral part of modern distribution structures, generate significant added value for issuing houses and financial advisors.” This development underlines the increasing importance of digital solutions in fund distribution.
Thorsten Kluske, Head of Sales at Paribus, emphasised the relevance of an efficient digital subscription process: “It was crucial for us to provide our sales partners with an intuitive and efficient digital subscription process. Walnut reduces administrative effort, ensures structured and secure data entry, and can be used flexibly in the office or directly with the client. This allows us to create a modern sales process that supports advisors and investors alike.”
