Kolter Urban and BH Group have secured $197 million in development financing for the realisation of the Olana Naples Residences, an estate-style condominium complex in Naples, Florida, along the Gulf Coast. The financing was provided by Apollo Global Management and BDT & MSD Partners. No broker was named for this transaction.
The project, being developed by Kolter Urban and BH Group, envisages the creation of twelve condominiums, each spanning over 10,000 square feet. The most affordably priced unit will come onto the market at $32 million. The developers plan to commence construction before the end of 2026, with an anticipated completion in 2028.

Olana Naples Residences is being built at 1121 Gulf Shore Boulevard North in Naples. This coastal city on Florida's west coast is renowned for its reputation as the 'Golf Capital of the World'. The exclusive location and estate-style design underscore the luxury claim of the planned properties.
BH Group Co-founder Isaac Toledano and Kolter Urban President Brian Van Slyke are significantly involved in this development project. The undertaking aims to create high-class living space in one of Florida's most sought-after locations, which is reflected in the prices and size of the residential units.
