Areal Consulting GmbH, or AREAL for short, has undertaken a significant structural adjustment within its presence in Southern Germany. The former branch in Ulm has been transferred to Stuttgart. The new location at Königstraße 5 is centrally situated in Stuttgart's city centre. This relocation reflects the company's strategic orientation to respond to the increasing number of projects in the Stuttgart region and to ensure improved client support.
Jan Sieg, Managing Director of AREAL, commented on the decision, emphasising the economic dynamism of Stuttgart and the surrounding region. He highlighted that this location offers an attractive environment for challenging architectural and planning tasks. AREAL is already actively involved in the region, managing various projects there. These include tenant fit-outs in Lautenschlagerstraße 2 and Königstraße 10c, as well as the general renovation of the building services in Königstraße 12. The local presence enables more intensive and efficient project support.
Strategic Development and Employee Presence
The relocation from Ulm to Stuttgart represents a consistent further development of AREAL's Southern German presence. Ulm originally served as a geographically and strategically optimal starting point for project execution in the Southern German area. This base had already been expanded with an additional presence in Munich. The current relocation to Stuttgart solidifies the regional anchoring and lays the foundation for expanding further business relationships and tapping into new project opportunities in one of Germany's central real estate markets.
To commence operations at the Stuttgart location, three employees will be on-site to support ongoing projects. A successive expansion of the team is planned as part of future project development. The new Stuttgart branch complements AREAL's existing locations in Mainz (headquarters), Düsseldorf, Berlin, and Munich. This geographical distribution underscores the company's strategic positioning in Germany's most economically significant regions.
