Arrow Global Germany GmbH has leased office space totalling approximately 1,450 square metres in the Sky Office in Düsseldorf. This step marks the relocation of the company's German headquarters from Ratingen to Kennedydamm in Düsseldorf, scheduled for early 2027. With this move, the company intends to strengthen its presence in one of Germany's most relevant real estate locations and to optimise the spatial and organisational conditions for further business development.
The lease was exclusively advised for the tenant by Anteon Immobilien. Savills acted on behalf of the lessor. The owner of the property is an institutional ownership company.
The Sky Office was chosen by Arrow Global Germany as the location for its new headquarters. It is a distinctive high-rise building in Düsseldorf, combining striking architecture with modern working environments. The building meets high standards for sustainability and facilities. Features of the location include ESG-oriented building concepts and smart building technologies. Additionally, sustainable mobility options are provided.
Robert Kleinhans, Director at Anteon Immobilien, explained that the search for a location placed high demands on the site, building quality, and future viability. He further stated that with the Sky Office, a property was found that particularly fulfils these criteria. The new location not only offers a modern working environment for employees but also creates ideal conditions for the company's long-term development in Germany.
The decision for the Sky Office and the associated relocation of the headquarters reflect Arrow Global Germany's strategic direction. By investing in a modern and future-proof office environment, the company is creating the necessary infrastructure to meet current and future demands in a dynamic business sector. The choice of Düsseldorf as a location underlines the region's importance for the company's activities.
